Discovered in the heart of Marrakech’s carpet souk, this vintage gem features a vibrant design and lustrous wool, with some boucherouite (recycled textiles) details. It’s a highly collectible piece and a true eyecatcher for your home.

The intricate patterns on this rug include the ‘vulva’ design, a powerful Berber symbol of female strength and fertility. In some Berber/Amazigh groups, these shapes represent the life-giving power of women and nature. Globally, the triangle and diamond have been associated with female divinity since ancient times.
